While I hold a plastic katana, my nephew tries very hard to convince me it's actually a pirate sword. I accept this as fact, as he is very convincing, making a yo-ho-hoo sound when asked for clarification. The final panel is me holding what I believe to be a pirate sword, as it's very clearly a pirate sword, but he insists it's a spatula, so I'm probably wrong.

While helping his nephew search for his toy garbage truck, the artist discovers the toy garbage truck by stepping directly onto it and becoming foot-shanked. This results in them almost screaming an obscenity, but recall their nephew is nearby, so they bury the pain. Cause they already taught one nephew how to cuss accidentally, let's try to avoid doing it again.
