Yet, somehow, what makes it worse is that we are still fighting more than others. More than others who aren't drowning, who are fully capable of using their time and energy to help, but just don't. Do only those of us that are drowning see how much all of this matters? Obviously not.. but then, why?

I'm barely keeping my head above the water - trying to survive in a world that doesn't want me while being weighed down by the guilt caused by my limitations. Trying so hard to stay strong and fight for what is right while mind and body scream "can't we just have a break?!?"
