I love this and similar to me too. I’ve been more aware of the impulses and taking the time to think through why I want to buy something and often it’s boredom. So I’m teaching my brain that being bored doesn’t mean buying something.

How is your no buy going? I’m still holding strong and loving it.

I started doing yoga last year and not to be dramatic but it’s been life-changing.

I haven’t used it on my face. I’m too scared it will break me out.
