Because that’s where systems teach obedience first—through fear, scarcity, hypervigilance, reward and punishment. Sovereignty begins when those instructions stop running automatically. Not through rebellion… but regulation. That’s where new futures start.

Never outsource your inner authority.
Not to power.
Not to prestige.
Not to charisma.
Pedestals are dangerous places to stand.
Sovereignty is sexy because it can’t be groomed.

When you become sovereign, the order flips - you feel worthy first. Your tolerance shifts. Your attraction recalibrates. Then he shows up differently… or someone else does.

So there I was whispering, “it's time for sleeping” while petting chaos incarnate. And the photo is from yesterday when my workout became puppy yoga + Twister.
Moral: freedom isn’t no structure... it’s the right amount for your system. 🐾

So, I was up till 3am negotiating with a fuzzy velociraptor who forgot what nighttime is. He wasn’t bad... just 7 months old. No crate = no ritual = nervous system in rave mode. Turns out the cage wasn’t punishment. It was structure & safety.
