The irony of so many liberal-minded folks calling out the Democratic Party’s *obvious* weakness today in the face of Trump is the fact that this is probably the boldest Democrats have been in decades.

The failure to fight the right isn’t a sudden or a new thing. It’s been mounting for decades.
