Since Monday, 1/20, is Martin Luther King Jr. Day, our run meets at 8 am. We leave from Rabaut Park as usual. Stay tuned for any changes driven by the weather.

We have a special spooky Halloween workout, Thu 10/26. Instead of track, we'll meet at 6:15 am at Rabaut Park, then jog over to the Exorcist Steps in Georgetown for stair repeats. Back to Adams Morgan by ~7:30.
