They provide a hideously poor service I've had lots of last minute cancellations from Manchester and Wigan to Southport. I had to get a bus from Wigan to Southport a few weeks ago which took 2 hours! It's the last minute cancellations that are a kick in the teeth you can't plan ahead for those.
