Do presidents have to make public their reasons for issuing pardons?

This may seem slightly outrageous or not. But could the US be trying to stage regime change? Zelensky has been weakened by government and other high ranking officials taking bribes and kick-backs. This has all the odour of CIA, who are not unknown to engineering regime changes.
