Weekend project: The tonfa made out of paper and tape! I plan to use this for training.

Really wish someone would critique my form… Nice noon bag session tho, I tried using my elbows more because I saw how effective and awesome they were in a movie yesterday :)

Saw this cool move but the name was Japanese or somethin, really hard to pronounce so I’ll call it the Skyrocket!
