@microclockerc.bsky.social
MicroClock is an ERC Synergy project dedicated to developing Bacillus subtilis as a clock model system for the study of circadian clocks in bacteria; PIs: Martha Merrow, Antony Dodd, and Ákos T. Kovács
https://microclock.org
The MicroClock Team had the first retreat in Munich, discussing plans, experimental approaches, data analyses, and allowing trainees to get to know each other

We are grateful to Luis Larrondo @lflarrondo.bsky.social for his recommendations about the MicroClock research plan during the retreat 🙏

We also realized that B. subtilis abundance in soil is variable (by @xinmingxu.bsky.social).

The natural isolates were also used to explore circadian rhythm (with Martha Merrow and @antdodd.bsky.social), now continued within @microclockerc.bsky.social #ERCSyG
