I had a lot of fun exploring my creative streak by false colouring brilliant SEM images acquired by @EM__Ian These are my favourites 📸 ✒️

In the manuscript we quantified the percentage of bacterial filamentation 📏 🦠 and bacterial lengths of pathogenic vs comensal E. coli strains infecting the bladder organoids. I used #MicrobeJ microbej.com for the analysis in ImageJ.

Does the “R” of Rstudio stand for “Regret”? Finally I got some code working after weeks… not sure if I should celebrate or not

Still fascinated with these SEM images. The polymer treatment caused enlarged round “bacterial cells” 🫧 or several bacterial cells merged as a chimera “dead” zombie🧟‍♀️
