But also I just think it’s super freakin adorable, especially the way the wiggle gets faster after he gets the cricket like his so proud of himself 🥹

This ‘toe wiggling’ behaviour is called pedal luring and has been observed in several amphibians using vibrations and movement to attract small insects to come closer to them be gobbled up!
