We lack the language to describe the pleasures of raising a child. We have plenty of words to describe the hardships, but there’s no very good way to describe the meaning/joy/purpose of day to day parenting.

The flight of tech talent from Israel is a serious issue, I can say from personal experience. Fall in the volume of startups, less so - we prob. had too many that drew talent away from scalable companies. But the trend here is bad and needs serious attention as we hopefully move out of this war.
