Spots still available for Seafood Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) certification during Triennial Aquaculture 2025. Segment 1 online modules (12 at ~1 hr each) are the prerequisite that much be completed before the in-person 3/6 Segment 2 training in New Orleans.
