Many of people that need to live off social security, and who paid into it their whole lives, typically cannot do, or will be laid off from, their blue collar/service jobs before 65. It is their earned benefit.

I really enjoy your posts. Thank you. It is nice to scroll through the art everyday. I pause from the crap this country is going through.

Smith was articulate, thoughtful and persuasive. I hope we can hear more from him in the future.

If the boat is small enough that two people can flip it, it was never being used to transport drugs 2000 miles in the ocean to the US. Cotton’s argument is ridiculous.

Do you know if the 6 month time to refile is tolled while that issue is on appeal? Thanks.

Agreed. You keep fighting the good fight. Eventually the cumulative effects reach a tipping point, that the quitters said would never come. It just may not come in your life time. Isn’t that the basis of the civil rights movement? Keep grinding. Enjoy the battles won, even if the fight continues.

They have beat 2 teams with a winning record in 11 games. They are 2 and 2 against winners. Let’s see how they do in the next 6, when they will probably play 4 teams with winning records. They won’t be playing losers in the playoffs. They are good, but Super Bowl good?

The question is - when you said the East wing would not be damaged, was that a lie or did you not know it would be damaged? And if you did not know, who was responsible for informing you it would be damaged?

If you don’t have the stones to ask the question directly, get a new f’n job.

Could Congress create a statute that would provide private citizens a monetary remedy if they prevail on the merits showing a
violation of 1A in a case like this? Not would they presently, but could they plausibly do so in the future in a way that would not be found unconstitutional? Thank you.
