I interpret Irina's comment as: The reason 6 figures got pulled from funding is because of Mike's decision, she isn't making a value judgment of weather or not Mike made the right call or not. She's just acknowledging Mike's agency in this. I don't see that as inaccurate or unfair

Add `html-no-underscores-in-attribute-names` rule to linter by mickeytgl · Pull Request #446 · marcoroth/herb
Fixes #405 Introduced a rule to flag HTML attribute names containing underscores and recommend using hyphens instead. Included corresponding tests and updated the default rules list.
