My lawn (still not used to saying that) gets greener every day and the bulbs I planted are coming up.

My glasses went through the wash in the pocket of my sweater and now they're really clean but kinda crooked.

I hate folding sheets. I have spent all day avoiding folding the sheets in the dryer because I hate it so much. I just timed myself to see how long it takes me to fold a set of sheets. Four minutes. I have spent all day avoiding a task that takes only four minutes.

Why does EVERYTHING have to be delivered in a BOX? If the thing I'm ordering is already in a box WHY REBOX IT? Just slap a label on it and bring it to me. I ordered food from our local Italian joint and it came in a BOX. Stop. I don't have the wherewithal to manage all this cardboard.

Sure, often bad things turn out to be a blessing in disguise. But they're still bad. The fact that it led to something good doesn't make it feel any less bad.
