As someone with intermediate proficiency in the gay lingo in PH, I find it being an interesting case study for how dynamic and creative languages can be.

It has so many loan words like otoko and atashi from Japanese🇯🇵 and chaka and keri from Spanish 🇪🇸

In #SouthKorea now and their President just declared #martiallaw. Please don't worry about us. It was issued mainly due to domestic politics/budget, not really security or military concerns. Can be lifted, can spark protests – I don't know but hopefully doesn't escalate. Will have to wait and see.
