Yeah, like, you can tell that the actual Liv also kinda annoyed him and wasn't really someone he saw himself with (just someone he was smashing), but he's making all of these plans and getting all excited meanwhile she's still texting El on the low, lol (even with no memory of him 😭)

honestly, I see him as a really complex antagonistic figure in the story, like a character that is unintentionally sinister, lol. From the way you've written him, I think his grief and want for his wife is causing him to project onto Liv in a way that could cause problems when she actually remembers

how should we be feeling about Malcolm becauseeeeee I feel like, knowing you, you're gonna reveal that he killed that wife of his and has her buried under the house with Rosie as the getaway driver 👀

and the amazing thing is, this is actually not OOC at all for Liv. I feel like you nailed the hard edges that she probably masks with not being drunk, lol. And I think her sharp edges aren't explored enough bc it's so apparent. It was a breath of fresh air to read a take on Olivia like that
