SO. MUCH. FOOD. The skin on that crispy pata & the caramelized sear on the adobo pork belly in particular were *chef’s kiss*

Tomorrow’s gonna be…a lot. So I made a 3lb pot of spicy beanless beef chili (tonight it was fancy chili fries w/fries made by my lovely spouse). There will likely be Monty Python Holy Grail “I fart in your general direction” jokes in response to any news all week & I’m not even a little sorry 🤷🏽‍♀️😎
