i'm in the same boat as you :(( 🫂 my periods got a lot heavier and my cramps became so unbearable that i was literally counting down the hrs and minutes until i could take the next dosage of tylenol ,,, i've only used the BC patch but you can always dm me if you want to learn more about it!

occasionally if i was extremely nauseous :') but i started BC recently to help mitigate my pms symptoms and it's helped a LOT so far (if this is an option for you!)
