Tonight we decided to buck the barbecue trend and make these amazing Korean beef tacos.🌮 We marinated the beef 🥩for over 24 hours before caramelizing it to perfection. 😋

When it’s a beautiful day, sometimes only a light departure will do. So that was a great excuse (as if one was required) for our favorite pasta salad with seedless cucumbers, orange peppers, black and kalamata olives, and chives, with chickpea pasta with oil and vinegar dressing. 😋
