yummy! i made a veggie chowder with a bunch of kales, chards, collards, eggplants, celery, parsley and thyme from the yard. have bread rising too!

Kat bought mushrooms and gruyere cheese so I sauted them with onions, rosemary, thyme and cream and made these delicious little puff pastry turnovers. so ono! and i had filling left so made a frittata.

we ground 56 lbs of venison/wild boar and sow sausage yesterday! 20 lbs breakfast sausage and 36 lbs italian sausage.

super proud of this body at 49. this is 6 yrs of pilates and bikram yoga, 1 yr of strength training and 2 mnths of Chinese medicine on boosting the metabolism. the main thing is no carbs after lunch or eating after 6pm, cutting out most dairy and sugar besides fruit. im a believer!
