As divisive and repulsive as those kinds of comments are, they motivate me to work harder to end homelessness in Rhode Island and stand up for the dignity of every person we serve. 8/8

When I read or hear comments like those that Kilmeade made on Friday, I am reminded that the work we do at Crossroads – and others do at similar organizations across the country – is vital. 7/

We end homelessness with more housing that is safe and affordable, and investments in proven programs like housing problem-solving and rapid rehousing. 6/

Last Friday, Brian Kilmeade used his words and his national platform to dehumanize people experiencing homelessness. His callousness doesn’t deserve amplification on this or any other platform. 2/
