Coming to terms with the fact Dad is gone. Still lots of tears. Still talking to him out loud like he can hear me. Very much in a depression state. Also, oddly, the slight tinnitus I’ve dealt with off & on for the past few years is now very loud and constant. No let up. Is this part of it all?

Coming to terms with the fact Dad is gone. Still lots of tears. Still talking to him out loud like he can hear me. Very much in a depression state. Also, oddly, the slight tinnitus I’ve dealt with off & on for the past few years is now very loud and constant. No let up. Is this part of it all?

Not to sound paranoid, but there are other ways your cycle may be getting tracked that no one is talking about. When you buy your products, are you using your store’s rewards system?
