Adding an egg or two mixed well into your stuffing mix will make it hold together better.

I did basically the same for Turkey breast loaf but with that mixed the broth into the dressing til it was soupy, put on bottom, and it cooked down to proper stuffing consistency but then you wouldn't have broth to make good gravy. For bone in breast I'd stuff it tight and put on rack.

Whole stuffed Chicken came out super moist, tender, and yummy.
- Add 4 cups broth/water in bottom of pot.
- Set Stuffed turkey breast on the rack in pot and season to taste.
1-Turned on
2-Set on Bake
3-Set temp to 400°
4-Set time to equivalent of 25 mins per pound
5- Press start.

If you're talking about the 8.5 qt ninja professional pro, you're good. I've used mine for both turkey breast loaf and whole chickens. I'll see if I can find my whole chicken recipe/instructions and come back at ya.

My sister (one year behind me) and I had the same creative writing/English teacher one year. After the first 2 assignments the Teacher started putting minimum AND MAXIMUM word counts on all writing assignments. She was convinced we did not understand the definition of brief.
