The only good part of the debacle on tv was getting to see my old high school marching band. Side note- I’m originally from the same town as Vance, and I can tell you, he’s not as loved there as they’d have you believe. Very large number of us know he’s trash.

So I didn’t watch the thing earlier because I value what little sanity I have left, but did I really just read that the clown king didn’t put his hand on the Bible during the swearing in, and his bestie did a Nazi salute on stage? I’m exhausted and it’s not even been a day.

I never posted anything on TikTok, but quickly realized how much I rely on it for entertainment when I woke up at 3am, unable to sleep, and could no longer scroll my life away watching videos. Anyhoo, hello!

Lots of people are about to be really mad that price of eggs goes up but they can’t get a 2nd job because they can’t afford childcare and when they do finally get the eggs they get E Coli because there’s no FDA but can’t go to the doctor because they got kicked off their health plan. #FAFO

How are people so calm about the state of things? I already have anxiety, but the last two weeks have awakened a sense of dread I haven’t felt in a while.
