I know the world is divided, but we NEED to care for ourselves to make sure that we won't burn out. I am not built to digest the volume of unbelievable news that is unfolding, none of us are. I find peace in the quiet moments outside soak and the beauty around me. How are you nourishing yourself?

There's nothing like being in nature, the mental health benefits are huge. As Rachel Carson says, "Those who contemplate the beauty of the earth find reserves of strength that will endure as long as life lasts."

Truth spoken on the breath of the wind, echoed by the women, we gather. In the belly of this space, we are cradled, we are encouraged, we are loved. This space is beyond sacred. It is magick! Deeply grateful.
