Now I get to keep my PB interviews and other good podcasts where I most like em - for not snooze material LOL. May be reducing stream counts for creators by doing so, though!

In our pre-podcast era- used clock radio AM talk stations to fall asleep to as a kid! have drifted off to PB among others. Found "Sleep Magic" & its becoming a go to. Doesn't feel distractingly "woo woo self helpy in rhythm/ cadence. Speakers voice & content hit just that right space for me. 🙏 💤

The exurbs and so on sounds promising of course, but the 100yr water supply assurances can't be made and the build to rent sfr phenomena sweeping the Phx-Metro area may provide a band aid for a much larger issue that no one really wants to talk about. Anyway- now I'm rambling 😆

Add to that the unique and specific hostility of climate, water supply issues (actual supply then regional politics around its major sources which are compromised on supplyas well), and the (un/de/low)regulatory environment re: utilities/energy, tax policy, and so on.

They've got a long road to walk to get any policy in place not only for the housing but the simulatenous systems any population -esp one that's boomed like that- needs to support such a population (education, social services, healthcare of any quality, public transit, etc.).

As a transplant to Boston from the Valley of the Sun in the last 2 years and having worked in housing there for nearly 20 years, this is both heart warming to see data on (attitudes in the majority) at the same time heart breaking.
