My awesome kid spoke at the MLK rally for justice on Fountain Square today. They spoke about being a non binary kid in a hostile administration and the importance of finding support and community. So proud!

My kid was in their school’s production of The Lion King (not posting a full album don’t want to post other kids) BUT this is my new favorite picture of Jordan. Jordan as Rafiki or in my mind Jordan as Lenny Kravitz as Rafiki. They KILLED! Got the biggest ovation at curtain call!

My kid went to the GLSEN (LGBTQ+) prom last evening the theme was “glowing with pride” and they ATE in their electric blue suit! The fit was inspired by the trans flag. They had a ball!

Mellow REALLY HATES other dogs walking by our house (she’s fine at doggy daycare but very territorial at home) Anyway Brian had attached her leash to the rail while he took out the garbage & another dog walked by so she took off after it, railing & all got a pic of the aftermath

Last year Cincinnati was voted “best city for street art” nationwide (we even beat NY & Chicago YAY) TODAY my very talented kid was accepted for a PAID SUMMER INTERNSHIP with the org that produces the artwork! I’m so PROUD!
