These are delicious and you can vary them a lot. I use canola oil not olive. All the vegetable ness disappears in the bake.

I read the first volume early on from the m library but then couldn’t remember enough of it when I got the second volume from the library. Figured it would be very difficult to have both volumes at same time, so decided to buy. No surprise that I fund the first almost unbearably claustrophobic.

When I saw it was from the philadelphia Inquirer, my hometown paper, I had to read it. One nice detail: Gary is named after a Sponge Bob character.
