Sponsor reimbursement for travel (eg fuel and parking). Every little bit adds up when patients are here for regular trial visits and already suffering from financial toxicities of treatment.

And if we’re asking them to stay 8 hours for a long PK day… it’s on us to pay for their $30+ parking.
