I know it’s tough times and we want to vent, rightly so But we also need to keep each other alive by sharing good things about our humanity. Art is one of these things we can share.
People cannot survive on calamity alone. I need news, facts, and opinions, sure, but also:

I need craft
I need design
I need memes

I need humour
I need passion
I need growth
I need to see people doing cool things, being frivolous, and learning.

One of the seemingly hardest things to do as an artist can be destroying or radically changing a painting. I didn’t like the sides so scraped them down and then went full throttle into recreating them.
