All provinces and territories have now signed on to Canada's National Food Program to ensure more children have access to nutritious school meals.

It all goes so fast! Hope everyone had a ghoulish good time. To all the parents juggling costumes, candy & kiddles amped up on excitement & bite-sized snicker bars, I salute you and encourage you to enjoy every moment & have a snicker or two yourself.
