Yeah, that’s how long it’s been - all it took was the Great Depression with no social safety nets. But now we have the social safety nets and working class people voted for the guy who will take them away.

Name a Democrat on the left who got more electoral votes than Hillary and Kamala? McGovern got 17 to Nixon’s 520. Moderates made these elections close and not a Republican landslide like Reagan with 489 and 525 electoral votes or Bush I with 426 to Dukakis 111.
