PLEASE. Enough of the use of the term "conservative." It's done and it means NOTHING. What has taken its place: *right-wing* in approach, movement, party, plan, operation. Use right-wing now for this UNLESS referring to classic "conservatism," small government, low taxes, individual rights.

Why all the parties involved with the care and nurture of the White House didn't jump on 47 the moment he spoke about what he would - or wouldn't - do with the WH building some time ago boggles the mind. If stuff pops out of his mouth, MOVE ON IT. Get ready. Prepare. Whatever, it won't be good.

Leah, where can we find the "No Kings" image we find on the T-shirts and playing cards on the 'shop' page that we could use on SIGNS for June 14? Yes, the whole image with "Indivisible" at the bottom. Would be a huge help. Many of us WANT and NEED THIS IMAGE. Thank you.

Did anyone else think this might be the moment when the kids - Saxon for sure, and first - realizes Dad and the family are essentially "up the creek"? A first look at the overflowing email from friends asking "what the heck ??"

Second tier officials of Greenland should go out to meet the second tier reps of the United States - Mrs. Usha and Waltz - and have a tiny chat with them on the tarmac. Hand off some ceremonial doodads, and then point them back to the plane. Greenlanders hang until plane is up and out of sight.

I think many of us on the center/Dem/Indep side would like a team of smart, loud and unrelenting critics speak up, YELL LIKE MAD and not stop until 47 et al stop bombing out our basic infrastructure and laws. Or they flee with 47 to the "safety" of Putin's haven, the Kremlin, where they belong.

This chick, a Central Illinois native, tripped into the area a day ago to give a talk and rub flesh with idiot Congressman Darin LaHood who sucked right up to her. He is a complete disappointment and was from Day 1. His father and predecessor, Ray? Still a Repub, but a much smarter, better man.

"Retrograde worship" is such an accurate phrase to use for 47. He really does want to drag the entire country back 40 or 50 or more years. Very common with the general nostalgia crowd, whose members ignore or don't recall how life was for everyone else. In this case, it's a horrific move.

Doug IS standing up to 47. More than can be said for Danielle Smith. That girl folded the moment - the moment - that 47 said the word "tariff." Then she pulled on her knee pads and got on a plane to 47's palace to pay tribute. WTH was that?

I think you mean Danielle Smith is Trump Lite. That girl freaked out the moment that 47 threatened tariffs and she put on her knee pads and ran off to Make-a-lunko to pay tribute. She is horrible. And always angry about god knows what. Awful.

Oh, Pierre did go on for a while last year as the "Canadian version of 47." It was terrifying and, also, rather stupid. He's backed off from that but now has nothing to run on or with. Maybe his time in the limelight is about over?

Pierre was riding high last fall as 47 gained traction. Recently, he's not been as proud (or nuts) to show off as some kind of 47 acolyte. It just ain't working anymore. A good thing. Hope the voters of Canada have seen the error of that guy's ways and Carney gets another landslide vote.
