Not sure where that 60 application limit rumour came from. It's definitely not a system limitation.

CSR has stated they will take about 130 of the 300 or so IC review staff.

And a bunch of us will retire, leaving the newer SROs with a shot of landing at CSR, which might not have been possible under an individual IC-based RIF.
