When was the last time I knitted with straight needles? I literally can’t remember. New scarf for the kiddo. I use fingering weight so often that I’d forgotten what a quick knit bulky can be. #knitting #knitsky #knittersofBlueSky

My son requested a scarf made from “dinosaur skin yarn” (Malibrigo Caracol in Indiecita). I can’t remember the last time I used straight or wood needles. Crazy how it changes the sound and rhythm of the stitches.Tomato soup on the stove. Elliot Smith playing. Finding moments in this chaos. #knitting
