Presumably the same scammers who "friend" us on Facebook. If any are real and have a reason to connect, they need to identify themselves better.

We're shopping for a new band for Cyndi's Garmin Lily watch, so a report that many fitness watch bands contain PFAs (and that they are readily absorbed in skin) is troubling. The more expensive the band, the more likely it contains high levels of PFA.

Still finding my way around the interface, which has some glitches. Among others, a back link to the post for a reply doesn't actually take you back to the post ... it's really just a "go back to where you were" button, which could be to a list of notifications.

150 days, two sections of Duolingo done. The bird is proclaiming "I recognize a few characters." Which is accurate, but somehow "a few" doesn't seem quite as exciting as the bird thinks it should be.

I do not know how to control it, but the display seems to imply that you can determine who can respond, and perhaps also who can see it.

Added some faro and teff to use it up in my sourdough, subbing for some rye which is usually in a 3:5 ratio with hard red wheat. Some of the rye was ground in our blender, which not evenly or finely as a mill. The hard red wheat and part of the rye was grown and ground by Lonesome Whistle Farm.
