Assuming full deployment of the ticketing technology across all buses in this region, what is the available service hour total? Do you expect the warning per service-hour ratio to be maintained?

Sure! But the parking allotted to this development brings at least 175 new cars to the neighborhood and gives residents the convenience to drive without worrying about having a spot when they return. This induces more driving, even in an area served by public transit.

Did the developer provide justification for their need for more parking? Or is it just “buyers want it”?
Six levels of parking deck for 175 space (0.7 spaces/unit @ 250 units) seems excessive and will negatively impact the neighborhood with induced car usage.
