Absolute scam. They wanted paid for their services via gift cards and bitcoin. When anyone asks for payment via bitcoin, or gift cards, you know it's a scam.

When he does talk about costs, he always says "Any increase was due to the previous administration, not mine" even though the costs increased AFTER he took the helm. He's quick to deflect, project, and lie about any question he can't answer without admitting he was wrong.

I got this in email just after posting on instagram that I'd been locked out. The email contains a link to contest their decision, the link drops me right on the "submit a selfie video from several angles" link. There is no way to contest it.
