There is something to be said about how, every Valentine’s, some media outlets and law student-run pages quote “romantic” parts of court decisions that say something about love. These are cases about separation or abuse. It’s not just corny. It shows little regard for real people involved.

Yesterday marked the 94th birth anniv of National Artist Francisco "Bobby" Mañosa. He was known for integrating Filipino indigenous designs in his works.

One of these was the Mary, Mother of God Parish in Muntinlupa. It exhibits Mañosa's signature vernacular design.
