Specific features afford skills that that are local to platforms. (See Manca, Bocconi & Gleason). It's not enough to be able to analyze how an influencer uses rhetoric to persuade when in 2025, motivation, for instance, can be reflected in algorithms, settings, and AI tools.

You've gotta have humility, so let me give you some advice: Take the L. Kremlin simps made the claim; They give the evidence. The burden is on no one else. If there is no evidence offered, by definition it is baseless as a 'base' is a premise with evidence. See Hitchens' Razor.

You still do not understand the burden of proof. You make the initial claim. YOU provide the evidence. Others may dismiss your claim as baseless since there is no 'base.' That's Logic 101.

The burden of proof... You need to know this term. NPR isn't the one making the claim. The dumbass Kremlin propagandists are and haven't provided any evidence themselves.
