But wait... there's more! Mila soup dumplings with all the sauces. (They're really delicious... pick up a bag.) Perfectly fried sunny side up eggs with pastrami-style salmon. An Italian omelette with sweet peppers, ham, and cherry tomatoes. And an omelette filled with piperade plus bacon.

This week was an excellent string of dinners. Wok-cooked Mongolian beef with sticky rice. Smashed kebab with cucumber yogurt. Oven-steamed arctic char with pirerade and baked asparagus. And lightly fried tofu and broccoli with lemon-miso sauce over udon noodles. Delicious!

Plus, a pastrami-style salmon, egg, and cheese English muffin. An Italian omelette with spinach, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, prosciutto, avocado, and basil. Sunny side up eggs, salmon, and avocado plus Italian toast. A chicken katsu sammich on skoupan with veggies and a Kewpie-Tonkatsu sauce.

Some nice summer weather meant outdoor dining. A baked chicken caprese salad. Baked Ora King salmon in a honey, Kewpie, dill mixture with jasmine rice. A roasted yellow bell pepper soup with Tuscan toast with Parmesan and prosciutto. And finally a Denver steak with lemon-dill potatoes.

Plus a great dinner at "Golden Gai" including Korean pork buns and a great run of nigiri and rolls.

Or breakfast! Two fried eggs over a lentil and black bean mash. Or a mushroom, tomato, and jalapeño omelette with sides of ham slices. Or some variations on avocado toast including options like eggs, seaweed, tomatoes, cucumbers, black sesame oil, truffle oil.

I also received an order of Shokupan or Japanese Milk Bread. Here's a concoction of roasted asparagus, tofu, over toasted Shokupan. Or a ham, egg, and cheese Shokupan breakfast sammich. Or a classic Japanese 7-Eleven egg salad sammich!

So much amazing food this week. Lots of outdoor dining such as bison burgers and dogs. A grilled chicken spring salad. My first attempt with a wok for chicken, veggies, and noodles. And a slow roasted halibut over a cannellini bean stew.

May was a sonofabitch of rain and cold. But June is here and the pool is finally ready (with some heater help). Bring on the pool drinks and yacht rock.
