Oh, so this IS still illegal? Trump was saying that we should "move on". Glad to hear now that we're going to investigate EVERYONE in the Epstein files — including someone mentioned 1000s of times...like Trump

Oh great, let's dump him there and then preserve it as a national historic site. Call it a Confederate monument & it'll have bipartisan support.

I dunno. Anyone under age 60 would question the so-called dynamism of Pelosi, (not sure, I'm under 60), unless this was a sarcastic insult, in which case it doesn't really land.

This is trolling, and bad trolling at that.

If anyone seriously held this position, the irony of decrying "no kings" on Monday and complaining that *individual members* of Congress didn't have unilateral authority to implement policies on Wednesday would be the height of hypocrisy & idiocy.

Ah, your grandfather grew up in the area before Roe v. Wade. And his grandchildren grew up in the era after it. Nothing "great again" going on in America today. Our sayings and customs will surely reflect it.

"They joined what they joined. They lent their support and their moral approval. And, in so doing, they bound themselves to everything that came after. Who cares any more what particular knot they used in the binding?" —A.R. Moxon

"Historians have a word for Germans who joined the Nazi party, not b/c they hated Jews, but out of...patriotism, ...economic anxiety, ...religious values, dislike of opponents, ...political opportunism, ignorance, or greed.

That word is "Nazi." Nobody cares about their motives anymore." —A.R. Moxon

"one of his political strengths" is exactly how I remember learning about the rise of fascism leading to genocide in WW2. So many leaders w/the same "political strengths", what're the odds? If it happens again, it's definitely not the fault of media merely broadcasting "strengths of politicians"

There's an involuntary convulsive negative response to the title/blurb (same here), especially w/ the US political climate & the demographic(s) that contributed to it. But y'all might want to read the article first, 'cause you're responding to a story that could've been written, but wasn't.

* Not to mention the Americas itself, but that's a forbidden history & largely already re-written. Like they'll surely do with Palestine & Venezuela & Greenland, if given the chance.

Not terribly different from the demographics of Palestine (90%+ Arab) pre British possession (post WW2), and we've seen what they're willing to do, with unbounded US support & a nearly universal global abdication of moral responsibility. I don't see the US/et al. diverging from historical precedent.

Hey Canada, maybe come liberate us (ie US) & bring democracy to the US? Apparently that's not only perfectly normal & legal now, it'd be very "American" of you. You might even get a Nobel Peace Prize (or at least a FIFA Peace Prize).

From article: «Utah Gov Spencer Cox is comfortable bringing his faith into politics. He's less comfortable with a trend: "Politics is replacing religion"»

From speech: «"I thought it'd make it easier on us if we could just say, "Hey, we don't do that here."»

From Jesus: I literally have a parable
