After reading this run a second time, it's safe to say that Alan Moore & Alan Davis' Captain Britain is one of the finest Marvel Comics of the 1980s. Highly recommended.

Currently re-reading Paul Dini's excellent #Batman run on Detective Comics (2006), but the stories are marred by 90s-Image style art 😟. Still worth a read!

At the height of BatMania, I was already growing bored with Marv Wolfman and Alan Grant's, did not enjoy KnightFall, KnightQuest or KnightsEnd.
But one mainstream #Batman writer stood out amongst the rest: Peter Milligan.
