Stop listening to the inner voice that says you don't measure up. You are enough, right this minute. You don't need to reach some arbitrary goal to be worthy of love. You are loved right this minute, exactly as you are.

Never forget that I love you, and that excludes no one.

I will debut a podcast on homelessness called "This Podcast is Here to HELP" on January 20th. I chose the date to coincide with the Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service, but it turns out there is another event also happening on that date here in the U.S., and people need a distraction.
