Can you tell us the length of his mercenary service and job assignments?

I’m also interested in your position on Obama paying Blackwater hundreds of millions of dollars?

If Platner, a lowly employee is so terrible, Obama must be much worse in your eyes.

Thank you for providing a source but it doesn’t corroborate your claim of bragging, but does say multiple people were present in the bar when Platner was drinking shirtless and discussing his tattoo.

A month later and no secondary source to confirm the anonymous source’s account?

LePage barely won the second district against Mills in the last gubernatorial election. The House seat is the Dems if they put up the right candidate.

It probably should be someone who lives in the district. #mepolitics

To Americans, Turkey is a tiny country.

Should we do more? Certainly. Can we easily get to DC? Not really.

This seems concerning.

Just another wonderful early spring morning in Maine.

Traded down for draft capital and then used that capital to double-dip in the first round. First three picks nets a left and right tackle along with a top wide receiver for New England.

And yet, Trump may still undermine this growth (directly or indirectly) no matter how many jobs are lost in the process or how much it puts us behind the global curve for EVs and renewables.

The uncertainty mentioned in the article is why my wife and I bought our Equinox EV at Christmas.

Why are men so terrible? Is it really so difficult to give praise to a woman standing up to a tyrant? We don’t need a dissenting opinion-just praise.

Really, it’s ok to praise strong women.

Sorry @markhamillofficial.bsky.social but Obi’s favorite is Chewbacca.

This here is love.

A reread of one of my favorite books by an excellent author, Robert McCammon.

I’ve been reading four books simultaneously while taking on additional duties at work, so book completions have slowed.

Two (way too early) drafts by an admitted amateur. One includes trading the 4th pick for additional assets this year and next, and the second is holding firm and taking what seems like the consensus pick Will Campbell. Definitely line heavy (and assumes a FA WR).

I’ve had many of my books in storage in the barn for many years, & since I was waiting for a book order to arrive, I finally pulled them out to bring to my classroom & found an anthology of sci-fi stories that were made into movies.

50’s sci-fi is misogynistic. Extremely.

Just finished Project Hail Marty this morning. So far four books since Christmas. #booksky

Just trying to resolve the logic...

At least be honest with your criticism and acknowledge that the current policy Trump is enacting is in no way the same as the policy under Biden.

We don’t have an open border policy, which is different than using military and other government officials to scour schools and U.S. neighborhoods.

Uh. Henry seemed to do fine 2018-23 under Vrabel (and without a soon to be 3 time MVP QB).

And AJ Brown did about as well under Vrabel (and Tannehill) as is doing in Philly.

Not sure you actually looked at the numbers.

Not the total ‘total’ of books I read this year (discounting the reading done for my dissertation and books for teaching), and less than I hoped to finish, but not a terrible accounting of myself in 2024.

Right now Mahomes is ahead of Brady after their first 8 years, but the longevity factor is what puts Brady ahead. Brady continued to put up these stats for 15 more years.
December 31, 2024 at 2:35 AM
A quick (and probably unrealistic mock) that I just did has the Pats trading down twice and landing two first round picks for 2026 while still getting a top WR this year.
