Your personal data is valuable, individually to some extent but more so in aggregate.

You don’t need to share it.

This does not mean you must be secretive. But it’s easy to be more selective.

Don’t post about where you work unless that’s your brand and reason to post.

Don’t share the names of your spouses, children and other close relatives. The names of your pets.

Certainly not your birthdate. Your address. Where you own property.
