Hi Gavin, these are the latest valuation bands and come into place on 1 Nov. We've clarified that now in the piece.
Paying 374.63 puts you in the existing band of 350,000-437,500. Under the new band of 420-525,000, you'll pay 405, unless after the Nov revaluation you're in the 315-420,000 bracket.
